Raymond Mark

Raymond is a Chinese Canadian who has a strong track record in leading the IT and Telecom into the digital world. He has pioneered one of the world most popular Meridian Voice Mail (VM) system in 1980. The Meridian VM system is the preferred system for 5 star hotels even today. His hands on experience including the software, hardware, DSP, and the OS development for complex system. His most recent posts include acting as the lab director for Nortel China and Motorola China.


Sebastian Bombaci

Sebastian graduated in 1980, from Monash University with a B.Sc. (Honours) degree. From 1986 to 1989, he received an Australian Public Service Postgraduate Scholarship for study at the University of Melbourne where he completed his Ph.D. In 1997, he completed an MBA from the University of New England and also holds a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science from Swinburne University.

Sebastian is a business development professional focusing on the establishment and development of new business channels.

He also runs his own management consultancy, working with selected clients to develop their business strategies, distribution channels and business operations. With an interest in education, Sebastian conducts a range of executive training and lecturing, and he gives Apollo’s clients a unique wealth of experience within a broad range of areas.


Rose Chu

  • Rose started as Assistant Professor in Niagara University, USA from 1986 to 1991.
  • 1997 Executive Committee members of New York Life Insurance Hong Kong, managing corporate level projects which involved cross departments.
  • 1998 Start the Information Technology section of the Mandatory Provident Fund Authority Office, managing the set up of the MPFA’s IMS project.
  • Deputy Chief Operating Officer of WinConsult (a regional IT Hub of Winterthur Asia Pacific Group), among Rose’s responsibilities were to head financial control, budget & forecast and to re-invent the entire Service Level Agreement for 13 business units.
  • Rose is also serving as management consultant and mentor to farm cooperative research projects under the Institute of Sociology and Sichuan Institute of Sociology.
  • Since 2002, Rose has become a project management mentor/trainer in Asia. Clients include AIA China, British Consulate General, CPTTM (Macau), ESI.

Ivan Chow

Ivan graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Over the past 20 years, Ivan has held senior management positions in the IT and telecom industries, including serving as CTO of a digital broadcasting venture in China and senior manager of a R&D team of over 150 staff spanning over three continents. Ivan is currently the founder of Weblite translation Corporation, an automated multi-language website generation company. He is also serving as the board of director at the VACC in Vancouver, Canada.

Kiran Patel

Kiran Patel is a British and has been living and working in China for the past 6 years. During that time he has accumulated a comprehensive range of experience in management, sales, negotiation, training and developing people from all backgrounds.

Originally posted to China in 2003 by his former employer Rolls Royce (Aviation), upon departure he eventually decided to set up base in China, and has over the past 4 years gained solid corporate training industry experience, working with reputable professional bodies, local SOEs, Fortune 500 companies, universities, business schools and numerous training partners. As GM of a WOFE business, he has acquired the necessary business skills to deliver many strong training programs for major corporations.

Kiran has an energetic style of delivery which participants will find both energizing and refreshing; and he places powerful emphasis on practical engagement. Frankie Cheng

Eng., EMBA, Frankie has over 26 years of practical operational experience in industrial products and engineering project management sales, worked for manufacturing, production, sales, marketing with business development and factory operation experience. Frankie had worked as consultant for some management consulting and corporate culture projects due to his strong and pragmatic experience in both foreign and local enterprises in China.
