| Learning Objectives
This course prepares delegates for the one-hour re-registration exam which is required for PRINCE2® Practitioners who have had their qualification for five years. There have been some significant changes in PRINCE2® particularly in the areas of Risk, Tolerances, Change Control and Communications, as well as a complete new Component Chapter on Business Case Management. There is also a new edition of the manual "Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2" The course fee includes a copy of the latest edition of the PRINCE2® manual and examination fee for the re-registration exam.

PRINCE2® Practitioners that achieved qualification 3-5 years ago

A valid PRINCE2® Practitioner status.
Contents
The PRINCE2® Foundation examination is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2® methodology within a project environment supporting PRINCE2®.
- Identify the major changes in the PRINCE2® manual
- Review the Components, Processes and Techniques used in PRINCE2®
- Apply PRINCE2® to a given scenario
- Prepare for and take the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam
Practitioner Re-registration Exam Format
Since the January 1,2008 the PRINCE2® Re-registration exam has become an Objective Testing Exam. The exam format is:
3 questions, with a scenario background and appendices.
- Each of the 3 questions is worth 40 marks
- An overall score of 60 out of a possible 120 is required to pass
- One hour duration
- Open-book examination (only the PRINCE2® Manual is allowed).
