Most Time Management systems, tools and techniques are just common sense – so why don’t we use them? This course starts by going right to the core of motivation, looking at delegates’ professional and personal goals and priorities and then provides effective and efficient time management skills, tools and techniques to accomplish them. The course is highly participative and interactive and delegates will leave with a time management action plan to ensure that they use what they learn.

  • Understand and apply the Prioritisation Matrix
