Apollo, acting on behalf of EIPM (European Institute of Purchasing Management) delivered a 3 day comprehensive project management training for purchasing managers. Its focus is to provide a set of tools, techniques, processes and best practices to deliver the maximum value to the project. Instead of the normal project standards on time, cost, quality and scope; buyers and purchasing managers need to meet the additional purchasing requirements on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD).
