Ivan Chow
Ivan graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Over the past 20 years, Ivan has held senior management positions in the IT and telecom industries, including serving as CTO of a digital broadcasting venture in China and senior manager of a R&D team of over 150 staff spanning over three continents. Ivan is currently the founder of Weblite translation Corporation, an automated multi-language website generation company. He is also serving as the board of director at the VACC in Vancouver, Canada.

- Senior manager at Nortel Network – early pioneer in developing the 3G digital mobile network
- CTO at Asia Digital Media in developing the next generation satellite HDTV network
- Early pioneer in setting up the Nortel R&D development team in Beijing, China, developed the first China mobile network management system
- Over 20 years in project management at Nortel Canada in software development
- Consulting to U.S. fortune 500 firms in financial institution transaction security systems
