The three days intensive training focused on the knowledge and understanding, Mr. Hung provided a crystal clear concept trainings, with practical examples to enhanced their knowledge in IT service management environment. There were detailed practice questions and examples for each concept; this really enhanced the student’s understanding. The students for this ITIL training came from the world’s fortune 500 companies, and there were some from the Shanxi province that is hundreds of kilometers away from Beijing.
