The training provides a comprehensive Event Process explanation for the 9 major phases in a step-by-step process, from the feasibility study to implementation to ensure that everyone has a clear picture of delivering the event effectively. Extensive practical inbound and outbound marketing techniques are also introduced with case studies. This is to ensure that everyone can bring home some useful ideas and techniques to use. The specially designed MyExcel project planning tool from Apollo is also introduced for the student to plan and control the time line and the budget.

The course was full of challenging discussions related to event issues and solutions. To further the learning and information sharing, Mr. Francis Hung has organization to form a new discussion group in LinkedIn to share ideas, tools and best practices to promote the Event Management Best Practices. In addition, Francis also provided every member a book written by him on Event Management with great welcome from all members.
