Apollo achieved another high satisfaction with Executive Project Management training

In early December, Apollo lead trainer Francis Hung has been invited to provide a one day Executive Project Management training to the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park. The attendees are mostly the project managers, director and senior executives. The Hong Kong Science & Technology Park is a group of companies who works on the forefront of innovations to produce new products from IT, precision engineering, biotech, telecom, etc.

The training focused on 1 special day of focused project management training, this course has been tailored based on the background and activities that these companies are working on. The theme of the presentation is how to manage project delivery successfully in the changing environment. Francis used a combination of theories from the world’s most popular PMBOK and PRINCE2 followed by many practical examples, case studies and work exercises.
		There were many practical challenging project scenarios that face the executives; Francis was able to provide many good solutions that everyone felt good about. The overall training was than an overwhelming success and then a follow up class was arranged to take advantage for many that couldn’t fit in the first class. The overall satisfaction was 100% with over 55% rank the training at the excellent level, another good performance record for Apollo.
